Katanshi Barcode Scanner is optimized for omnidirectional barcode reading that can handle extreme variations of the light conditions and focus deviation. Katanshi Barcode Reader can recognize most of the one dimensional barcode symbologies in common use today, including those used on books, CDs, DVDs, coupons, library books, inventory control labels, shipping labels, product serial number labels, etc. Its advanced image processing algorithms are optimized for fast and accurate reading barcodes from CCD, CMOS or webcam sensors.

Barcode orientation for Omni-directional mode  360 degree
Nominal Working Distance: it depends on webcamera lens and focus setting of the camera. for most popular camera the distance vary in 3-11 cm /1-4 in.

Webcam requirements:


    Webcam must support 640x480 resolution. Focus should  be in 3-11 cm (1-4 in.) range. For low light vision please use webcam with ligth.
